Chase is the best realtor I've ever worked with. He was responsive, empathetic, proactive, and easy to work with (and one of the nicest guys you'll meet). Throughout our transaction, which had some unexpected delays, Chase remained patient and communicative. He never made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. We are lucky to have worked with Daci. About a year ago I was looking for an apartment and came across a listing on FB marketplace. I then met Daci when seeing the place for myself, I had no idea at that time how much my life would change by meeting Daci. Daci acted for that period as a wonderful landlord for us. We are renovating the home, mostly ourselves as first time home-buyers. To add to all Daci has done for us, she and her husband Mike have continued to be apart of our lives through help with the renovation, connecting us with contractors, and just stopping by to chat and check-in. It has become very evident in hindsight, that we have made a life-long friend in Daci and Mike. I think back at just how lucky I was to reach out to Daci on FB marketplace to rent that apartment back then. We will be forever grateful to Daci for what she did for us, and for the kind of person she is.

Daci worked with me (and was patient with me) for several months. Unlike other real estate agents I've worked with in the past, Daci really listened to what I said I wanted and needed out of a home and a property. She helped me to think outside the box, offered her recommendations, was quick to respond, and always made me feel care for. Even if a home checked all of my boxes and met all of my requirements, but just didn't feel right to me, she didn't try to convince me it was the one - she was genuinely interested in getting me into a home that was perfect for me. Chase goes out of his way. We had a great experience with Chase Jermano! He met with us and walked us through all the steps of selling a house. He was with us through every step making sure we understood the next step and any time I had a question He was there to explain. If he didn't know my answer he got it. When it came time to move, we didn't have a lot of help, he stepped up and actually came to the house and helped load things in the Uhaul!! How many Agents do that? He was professional yet quickly became a friend. I picked Chase because although I didn't know him personally, I was connected to his mom and knew Tina Leonard personally n felt he would be the right fit. Boy was I correct. I can't say enough about how much Chase helped us. I should also mention he had a buyer in 5 days!!
