Chase is a native of the Adirondacks growing up in Bloomingdale, NY, and has continued to make the Tri-Lakes his home. In 2022 Chase passed his test and was handed the baton to take over as Broker of Tina Leonard Real Estate.

After taking some time to explore the United States and pursue several opportunities that taught him his incredible ability to be a successful salesperson, Chase returned home to the mountains and lakes he missed. Growing up in the area makes Chase knowledgeable about not only real estate but outside activities that the area has to offer as well. Especially tennis, flying, mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. When he’s not out playing in the mountains, he can be found earning his next designation or certification to further advance his knowledge and love of real estate, providing you with the highest standards of service. He formerly sat as the Treasurer for the Northern Adirondack Board of Realtors. Chase currently resides in Saranac Lake with his wife Autumn and their two spoiled felines that love to camp and canoe.

Crystal has been a dedicated Real Estate professional since the start of 2023. She is working with Tina Leonard Real Estate, located in Lake Placid, where she has resided for the last five years. Crystal is native to Saranac Lake, and she has great knowledge of the area as well as unique insight into the local real estate market. Combining her extensive local knowledge and her Business and Marketing undergraduate training, make her a valuable asset to the team. Outside the office, Crystal takes on a second job working at the local Lake Placid Pub and Brewery, where she has been for the past five years building connections with local members of the community as well as many tourists visiting the area. When she is not working, she is fulfilling her passion for fitness, where she has taught herself through years of discipline and hard work. Crystal has also helped and guided others in the gym to reach their fitness goals. She also makes sure she saves enough time to snuggle and play with her golden doodle, Cooper.
